The Next Lotto Draw will take place on Saturday 17th March 2012.  The Jackpot will be worth €3,300.  Tickets are €1 each and can be bought from ticket sellers and at the Club Bar.  Buy-ins are also available at €45.00 for 1 year.  If you’re not in you can’t win.

The club bingo takes place every Monday night in St. Mary’s Hall in Irishtown, Clonmel.  The books are not expensive and the prizes are good.  Come along and enjoy the evening.

 

It is that time of year again.  The St. Patrick’s ongoing Competition will start on Thursday 1st March and finish on Saturday 31st March.  The entry fee is €2 per-card.  Play as many cards as you like with your best two 18 hole cards to count.  Prizes depend on the total amount of cards played.

The entry forms for the following competitions are now on the notice board in the Club Hallway.

Munster Mixed Foursomes.  The closing date for entries is Wednesday 21st March.

Ladies and Gents Munster Matchplays.  Closing date for entries is Wednesday 28th March.

Ladies and Gents National Matchplays.  Closing date entries is Wednesday 4th April.

Club Spring League Team Event will take place on Sunday 1st April.  The entry fee will be €5.00 per-person.  The closing date for entries is Tuesday 20th March at 8.00pm.  The entry sheets are on the notice board in the club hallway and on the table in the pitch and putt kiosk.  This competition is in the player of the year and hole in one competitions.  Come on members and players time to dust off the cobwebs and play.

The qualifying round for the Munster Mixed Foursomes will take place in Hillview on Sunday 8th April starting at 10.30am.

There will be an informal gathering of all table tennis players of all standards on Wednesday 14th March at approx 8.30pm.  Every one of all standards is welcome.  This is just a fun night to introduce table tennis back into the club.  Bats and Balls will be provided.  Come along and join us for some fun and crack.  It won’t cost you anything and you never know you might like it.

 

2 rounds of the Tarrant Concrete Spring League have been completed.  Matches are in progress on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s every week.  The semi-finals are planned for Thursday 29th March and the Finals on Saturday 31st March.

The March singles ladders are on the board and hopefully with the good weather more matches will be played this month.

Preparations are now under way for the annual Hillview Inter Firms Competition.  This caters for all standards of player. Entry Form Available soon.

The Munster Branch held an under 12 girls squad grading competition in Hillview on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th March.  The standard of play was very high and there are some bright prospects around for the future.
