On Saturday 8th October 2011 the Hillview Lotto was worth €1,000.  The numbers drawn were 13-15-18-24 and there was no Winner.  There were 4 tickets with 3 numbers each receive €30.00.

Next weeks Lotto will take place on Saturday 15th October.  The Jackpot will now be worth €1,100.  Tickets are €1 each and can be bought from ticket sellers and at the Club Bar.  Buy-ins are also now due, €45.00 for 1 year.  If you’re not in you can’t win.

The club bingo takes place every Monday Night in St. Mary’s Hall in Irishtown, Clonmel.  The books are not expensive and the prizes are good.  Come along and enjoy the evening.

 

Due to the lack of interest in Table Tennis competitions they are suspended for the moment.  Any person wishing to play they can come up on Wednesdays and Fridays at 8.30p.m.

 

Juvenile Badminton Coaching will start on Friday 14th October.  Coaching will take place from 7.00p.m. until 8.30p.m.  The course will take place over 10 weeks and will cost €50.00.  Payment will be due at the 1st session.  The entry form is on the notice board in the club hallway.  Any youth interested in coaching please write your name on the sheet provided.  The closing date for entries is Sunday 9th October.

 

To all ye quiz brains please note that Hillview Sports Club will be the venue to host a table quiz on Thursday 27th October 2011.  The price will be €20.00 per-table of 4 persons.  The start time will be 9.15p.m.  Come along and enjoy a great evening while supporting a good cause.

 

The following competitions will be hosted over the coming months at the club. Club Championships will run from the 17th October to the 22nd October.  Keep an eye on the board for the entry forms.  The closing Date for entries is Wednesday 12th October.  Come on Ladies and Gents and support the Club.

 

The under 14 South Tipp League will be in Hillview on Sunday 16th October next.  Come along and support.

 

On Sunday 9th of October last we had a good entry for our 3 ball scramble.  The results are as follows: Overall Nett Winners were Joe Hickey, Breda Howell & Francis McNamara with 74 1/3.  The Overall Gross Winners were Anne Fitzgerald & John Fitzgerald with 84.  Congratulations to all.  The next competition will be on Sunday 16th October.  The start time will be 1.45p.m.  The entry fee will be €3.00 per-person.

 

The next Juvenile competition will take place on Saturday 15h October next.  The start time will be 2.00p.m.  The entry fee will be €3.00 each.  The competition will be run over 27 Holes.  Come along and enjoy the fun.

 

To all Club members please note that the club outing will take place on Saturday 22nd October.  Bus, Green Fees and Tea & Sandwiches will cost €25.00 per-person.  The Course we will be playing is Fermoy in Cork.  The bus will leave Hillview at 10.00a.m.  Any person interested in going please write your name on the sheet in the club hallway or the Pitch and Putt kiosk.
