Club Championships 2006
The Club Championships 2006 ended on Saturday night with a fantastic display of tennis by all players. It was a hectic week with matches going on late into the night. Many thanks to all who took part in the competition for putting up with the late hours and the sometimes not so nice weather conditions - your good humour was greatly appreciated! Special thanks to all on the committe who were involved in the organisation of the competition - Frank, Phil, Ella, Sinead, Barry, Eugene and Noelle. Once again, a big thank you to Corbett Motor Village, Thurles who were sponsors of the competition and without whose generosity, it would be very difficult to have run the competition. Ladder
Ladder matches should begin this week to give yourself plenty of time to get all matches played on time. The ladder is a great way of getting good singles practice against new people.
